Firstly, talking about the YouTube initiative, it is a setting up for a proper Christmas. WebProNews’ Chris Richardson had a crazy line to note for the same, as his wordings are quoted below:
If this doesn’t get you in the mood for Christmas, you’re a bigger Scrooge than the person the meaning behind the name came from. You’re an even bigger Grinch than Dr. Seuss’ and there’s little chance your heart will grow three sizes, unless the “dead tomato squashed with moldy purple spots” it’s comprised of was getting ready to explode.
However, YouTube made it clear that its game this Christmas, as there were a number of videos, created by the team to show off its stuff. Again, it was all for the public, which makes things a perfect theme for the public. Moreover, its less than a week for Christmas Day to arrive and people, who are short of time will need this ideas the most.
But these videos do more than just giving one ideas for Christmas. Some of them are purely on entertainment lines. Posted below is one cute videos, which show a few puppies tearing through presents.

On the other hand, Google made things quite funny, yet entertaining, but it stuffed in everything possible in could to promote itself. That is smart thinking on part of Google. In fact, Apple has a similar thought, but restricted the same only to the SIRI service, highlighting its ad. Both these ads are posted below. However, it seems Google wins this one because it has a Santa rapping everything what Google wants to say.
Apple’s ad is like always too sophisticated to laugh on. One can only admire the same, but Google’s ad is one which is entertaining and at the same time well made to push in a number of its services. The rap is even quite catchy.
The video actually goes by the title of “Santa’s Google Search Tips Rap,” the chorus and subsequent Google blog post about the video uses the “Santa Search It!” chant. The video’s description is explained as follows:
Sometimes music makes learning easier. With this in mind, a few of us Googlers decided to make a search tip rap music video to help you, and Saint Nick, navigate the holidays.
Interesting? Yes it is. But looking at the video, one would be engrossed in noting the features of Google and of course Android at the same time. Moreover, one would even see Chromebook being used by the Santa and its rightly focused on even.
