New York — The Microsoft adCenter team just back from the holiday rolled out a bundle of new enhancements options to sort and filter your data.
These enhancements include: First up is custom date ranges.
The news custom date ranges feature empowers you to customize your campaign performance grids for easy viewing of performance data for campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords for custom time periods that you specify, without having to run reports.
“Date ranges for up to 31 consecutive days within the last two years can be utilized, or you can use the existing adCenter preset date ranges if they work for you,” explains Mel Carson at the adCenter blog.
Secondly, adCenter has also introduced custom filters to further refine your performance data in adCenter, similar to what is found in Microsoft Excel. Getting information that is vital to you by applying column filters to your campaign performance grids can help you hide low-performing keywords and let you focus on the high-performing ones.
For example: “You can employ this functionality to display keywords with high spend but low click-through rate (CTR) that would give you time to optimize them, and practically manipulate the data to your own ends,” says Mel.
Explaining on the adCenter blog, Mel says, “In addition to applying filters to the data values, you can also set as many as three custom filters on certain columns.”
