Capital and credit are the main areas of concern to small business owners. Thomas Kish tells eBrandz readers how his unique strategy can help them get unsecured business credit, and, what are his business philosophies and success mantras.

Kindly give our readers an introduction to your business.

At CashFlowExperts.biz, we help business owners get access to funding that is truly separate from their personal report. Our valuable business credit comes in the form of fixed rate, fixed term loans made to the name of your business, unsecured lines of credit with check writing privileges up to your full business limit and small business credit cards that can be used anywhere. We also offer help in getting more vendor credit. Our main office is situated in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our four-step system to get unsecured business loan credit is :1) Truly separate yourself personally from your business. 2) Register a business name as an LLC so that you separate yourself from the business, 3) Learn to form an equity business partnership because this not only lowers your tax rates but also doubles or triples the amount of business credit you get, and, 4) Go get the money.

How important have good employees been to your success?

Good employees are your company. No one separates your business from the people that support it or do the work. Business has two components – a promise and its implementation. The promise is worthless without good employees to deliver.

What three pieces of advice would you give to college students who want to become entrepreneurs?

Register a business name like an LLC. Go get a business line of credit, and, start a part-time business that you carry on separate from your career.

If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?

I would start working for myself much sooner than I did. And, I would have incorporated first rather than starting as a sole-proprietor.

About 12 hours a day and almost every day of the week.

How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?

I have a strong and supporting family because I own a business. I spend time with my kids when most other people are working. My family gets to see exactly what I do to earn money, this helps them understand the nature of my work, and, helps strengthen the family bonding.

What motivates you?

We picked the best business tax climate, and, Nevada is the nation’s leader with no state tax or business tax.

Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?

Yes. You have to study successful entrepreneurs from the past, and, the new companies that are succeeding now. For example, the most profitable companies now employ a free-use model that makes money from advertising. A pay for subscription business is usually not as successful.
